We help bridge the gap between international patients and local medical institutions by preparing necessary consultation materials in advance, communicating your needs with physicians, and ensuring smooth, accurate communication throughout the medical process.

Through online consultations, TAGE’s qualified medical advisors provide initial health assessments and clear care recommendations. We assist with arranging general or specialist appointments, offer guidance or accompaniment, and help prepare required documents such as NHI forms, medical summaries, and insurance claims—ensuring accuracy, safety, and confidentiality throughout the process.

TAGE provides personalized medical accompaniment for foreign residents, including appointment scheduling, procedure explanations, document translation, and on-site coordination. This service is ideal for major examinations, surgical care, and discussions of diagnoses or treatment plans. Services are by appointment only and subject to hospital regulations and staff availability.

TAGE helps clarify doctors’ explanations, test results, prescriptions, and treatment instructions, reducing misunderstandings caused by language barriers. Additional interpretation support can be arranged upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.
